We try to make this an easy process for you, however our refund policy differs for each type of item. For example, our print-on-demand product sales are all final and cannot be refunded. To reduce waste, we source much of our gift merchandise from third-party print-on-demand companies. This means each order is made just for you! We also utilize drop-shipping sources (the vast majority of which ship from the United States) to provide a more varied catalog of products and keep costs low.

The majority of our book inventory is thrifted. We believe in being as sustainable as possible, so our classics are all previously used copies. Physical copies of our own published works, such as books written by Renée Tamsin, are printed on demand through Lulu Press. This keeps our inventory costs low and reduces printed waste.

We are still considered a startup business, there's a lot of smoothing out to do. Shipping depends more on where the product is from. We carry print on demand products, drop-shipped products, and some that we have in stock with us. Certain drop-shipped products have free shipping and some don't. While we are working to make sure the shipping cost is accurate for you, we generally have a flat rate of $5. We are hoping in the very near future we can better understand how to set up the more accurate rates for you as a customer.

Copies of Renée Tamsin publications can be found on Amazon and most online catalogs, such as Barnes & Noble. However, we encourage you to shop for her books and anthologies exclusively through The Little Arkis Shoppe, as she retains more of the revenue and the purchase supports our small business.
